Re-enter password on EVERY error?

Every time Outlook hit an error with my ISP it asks me to re-enter my
password.

99% of the time it just needs to try again and it will go through.

Can't Outlook tell between a timeout and a "Bad Password"?

Is there anyway to keep it from just stopping when it hits a simple error?
