Re-enableing a Disabled Admin Account

One of my Co-Workers Disabled my admin account on this computer and now I can
only run under the Guest account. I have tried everything I can think of and
can not re-enable it. The only solution that I can not preform is to go
through the LAN and manage this computer that way because of the fact the it
is running behind the Windows firewall. I know there is a program out there
that will allow me to re-enable accounts and it is meant to change the
password from boot, but I can not remember the program's name for the life of
me. If anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it. I
really would like to not do a re-install of the OS, but if that is the only
solution to the problem then that is the course that I need to take. FYI the
admin account that I am speaking of is the one that you need to do the
CTRL+ALT+DEL trick to access. Thanks again.

Can you get into your Admin Account by CNTL-ALT-DEL (twice) on the welcome
screen.

if so go to Start>Run and enter

secpol.msc

then you should see "Account:: Administrator account status". Just enable it
and click "Apply"

Good Luck
