Re-Align window in form

I have a form with verical and horizontal scroll bars. A user can move
around with the scroll bars to see what they want and may click to the next
record. I would like to set the scroll bar positions back to the default of
showing from the top left corner of the window within the form. Does anyone
know how to do this?

Your help is appreciated.
