message says:
current settings prohibit running acitvex controls on this
page. How do i fix this or where do i find proper install

Open IE, go to Tools and select Internet Options. Go to the Security tab,
click custom level and try setting it to low. If this doesn't resolve,
check any other security software you happen to be running, firewall,
antivirus, try temporarily disabling and see if you can run active x on the
page. NOTE: you'll likely have to clear the cache before you'll be able to
do so. Go to the General tab, click delete cookies, delete files (accept
the option to delete all offline content) and clear history, then try again.

If you have Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm either of these can have
settings that might interfere.
