I seem to be stuck. I am using Win XP pro on my machines
at home. On one of them I just upgraded the firmware on
a LiteON CDR writer and after rebooting I got a message
stating that the configuration of the system had changed
and I need to activate windows (note that I originally
activated it some 6 months ago when I rebuilt the
system). Unfortunately when I try to run the Activate
Windows application, nothing happens. I don't get an
error, but the activation screen never comes up either.
This began this morning, but I am now being told that I
have three days to activate when I reboot. Any ideas?
Thanks!
