Hi,
What is the size of the database when you attempt to complete one of these
tasks? You can experience this error if you are reaching the size limit
(Access XP - 2 GIG) of the database.
If this is the case, then you might want to make a copy of the database and
try to compact the copy (Tools/Database Utilities). This may reduce the
size of the file so that you can complete the action items that you need.
However, you will then want to examine splitting the database or moving to
another program (such as SQL Server) that has greater storage capabilities.
