The page seems to indicate that there is support fee

I found a simple way to fix the problem (at least so far in my case).
There are probably quite a few packages out there that use the WMI
method mentioned in the Microsoft KB article. After disabling the WMI
and WMI Driver services on my Windows XP pro machine, I've had no
display refresh problems.

Hope this works for others. I'm going to post the same follow up to a
couple of other posts. Let me know what your experience is as well.
