RDP Registry Problem.

I want to set up a computer so that a user can use remote
Desktop Protocol (RDP) to connect to their profile from a
different location. I don't want the user to have
administrator privileges , but he does need access to the
registry for outlook ect. Is there anyway to give a user
access to the registry without make them an administrator?

Any help is appreciated.
 
Nevermind I'm am Idiot. I hadn't added them to the
computer that they were connecting to. Duh
