RD connection refuses periodically

For a few days I cant log into TS for server administration and then for a
day or two i can again, everything else on the server carries on working 100%
during the problem period. There are never any errors in eventlog when I try
log on. I simply get the error "The client could not connect to the remote
computer" The server is a windows 2000 server with latest service packs
installed, ISA 2000 SP2, Exchange SP1, and a few other 3rd party packages.

Any ideas please?
