Why do I keep on getting this mesage every time I try to send out a message.
In coming mail works fine.

Message: 503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA usually means that SMTP
authentication isn't turned on and you are required to do so.

SMTP - this is your outgoing mail server. You must turn on SMTP
authentication so your mail will go out. What this means is you need to set
your password for the outgoing mail server (SMTP server) in your account
properties.

Use the mail applet in the Control Panel to do this.
