RCP service terminated unexpectedly

I Recieved the message RCP service terminated
unexpectedly, windows will shut down in 20 seconds. Does
anybody know what that means? I have tried looking
through the microsoft site but haven't found a answer.
Also recently on boot up there are two pop up windows
that say they can't open files TFTP284 & TFTP356, because
it doesn't know what program created them.
 
The is the RPC vulnerability that MS reported last week.
Your computer has been setup as a zombie. You should
update you AV software and download any windows patches
right now.
