RCINT failure

I have installed the software which called LogonStudio for changing the
opening screen when the windows started. After install, I apply a picture
which I want to change, then it said "RCINT failure. String table ID not
found. '44' at line 122."
then I can't ture off the computer. what can I do to fix the problem?
Would you please teach me how to fix it? Thank you.
