Check your POP3 settings ty dupku

If is a port 110 then maybe your virus scanner is checking that port

Is it SSL? What e-mail account? Wp.pl/Tlen.pl or another?
 
Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
