[RC2 x64] Vista won't restart.

Whenever I (or a program) restarts the computer Vista shuts down to a
blank screen with a blinking cursor. That's as far as it goes.

I then have to press the reset button to actually restart. After that,
everything is fine, but the bug persists.

Has anyone else seen this?

Have same blank screen occasionally on reboot except cursor while using RC1.
Yet to happen on my RC2 5744. In my case I tend to blame hardware since I've
seen this happening on XPSP2 too.
