RC1 x86 activation problem

Basically i installed Vista ahead of getting the key from you, and selected
home premium to trial, seem the serial key doesnt match version, so what
version should i have selected???? and can this be fixed without reinstall?
 
The Product Key is for Vista Ultimate. Try doing an upgrade. If that
doesn't work, yes, you must reinstall.
