RC1 Windows System Assessment Tool

On RC1 (32bit) the windows system assessment tool continues to crash,
without giving a score. Problem solution on 5536 was reported to be fixed in
RC1, not the case.

Also to report that the problem solution wizard says the solution is that it
will be fixed in RC1, when in fact, I have RC1 and the problem is occuring.
