I do not know if this has been posted before but rawrite and rawritewin are
a couple of programs that I have found very useful in creating bootdisks
that allow for password resets on my LAN and WAN.

RawWrite (or Rawrite) is the essential utility for creating boot and
root disks for installing Linux. Unfortunately, it required DOS to
operate, so here is the long awaited WIN32 version. It works under
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2K, and XP.
