Rasman.dll error

The power went of and when I turned my computer on it said that rasman.dll
was corupted. Now when I open programs it will say: the procedure entry point
RasRpcGetInstalledProtocols could not be located in the dynamic link library
rasman.dll. Please tell me how to fix this error!

sfc /scannow

Press {ENTER}
