I need to change my dial-up password, but even after
changing the properties of my dial-up connection to prompt
for password and dialup number, I am unable to access the
propmt screen because my dialup appears to have been
hijacked by rasautou.exe, which I learn is a remote access
application. I don't think I need remote access, and this
did not happen in the past. What's going on?

Sorry to bovva any MVPs who have read this far - I should
have looked at the Management Console before I cam whining
to you bizzy guys. All sorted - must have happened when I
set up a shared connection. However, it seems you have to
disable RA before you can make the 'prompt for...' work
for dialup. Which is confusing to a lay person like me.

However all's well that ends well, and thanx 4 being
around so I know I can still go grizzling downstairs to
ask Daddy to come and read a bedtime story about a little
bear called KB;US;2836xxx...
