Help please - I have the following:

(=rankc42,c$42:O$42,0) then replicate across and I get:
44 Scoring Rank 9 2 4 1 9 13 2 7 9 4 9

I then want a formula that I can go to the tie breaker points:
45 Tie Breaker Pts. 3 5 5 7 4 4 5 4 3 4
3 4 4
and get the following results:
46 Final Scoring Rank 10 2 4 1 9 13 2 7 9 5
10 7 5
in other words - to get a new ranking but any ties in that ranking stay ties.
