Random 0x0000008E BSOD's and Knowledge Base Article 827663

I have the problem as described in Knowledge Base Article
827663, and I would like to know how I could download the
hotfix. I didn't see a download button on the page. Any
help is appreciated.

Hi,

A quote from that article:

"To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to obtain the hotfix"

The next line tells you how to contact them. You cannot donwload the hotfix
otherwise. Please note that hotfixes are free, but you do have to call and
ask for them.

Correct, if you call and say you want a hotfix we will open a grace issue
for the request. Keep in mind that if the hotfix does not resolve the issue
then you will need to open a paid case to have the issue resolved if you
wish to.
