I have a RAID 0 setup for gaming. What is the best stripe size in kb. and
what do they mean by "# of striping" in the bios? Thanks for any
information.

What sort of RAID have you got? If it's on motherboard then what model
is it? What the messages mean might depend on what kind of hardware
you're using.
 
I have an ASUS A7N8X board, MegaRaid SATA 150-2 controller and 2 SATA 80 gig
Seasgate hard drives.
