RAID 5

Trixie

I ordered a new computer with 4 hard disks that is
configured in RAID 5 and a pre-installed Windows Server in
it. When I boot up the machine, I checked the Disk
Management console and the disks are configured in 1
logical disk with 2 partitions. But when I checked the
systems config of the raid controller, it was configured
to RAID 5.

How will I be able to see the disks in RAID 5
configuration in Computer Managment?

Hardware RAID presents 1 physical drive to Windows. Disk Managment will
not see individual drives. You need to use the managment utility for the
RAID controller to see the physical drives.
