Just keeping this topic alive. Why isn't anyone replying to this topic?

It is a general rule to wait a day or 2 for a reply to your post, asking
less than a day later why you haven't gotten a reply won't speed things up,
and unlike web based forums, there is no "bump" feature to keep the topic
alive and at the top of the list of posts. People like me that view threads
by the date of the original post will see it sorted in that order. Have you
tried a Google search?
