Hey I have 2 1 terabyte hardrives and I would like ot format them to
be RAID 0. Would anyone know how to go about doing that? I have trying
and while installing windows I press F6 to install a raid driver and
it goes to detect the floppy (brand new just came with my motherboard)
and it says it doesn't detect a disk. I tried the disk in my other
computer and it did detect the raid driver- so I am lost as to what
to. Thanks

First, do you have the floppy drive enabled in your bios?
Second, do you know for sure that this floppy drive works?

i know the floppy drive works as i switched it from me old computer
and it was working then and did again when I tested to see if the disk
worked. As for the BIOS situation I cant quite remember but will make
a point to check. Thanks. and someone suggested using a USB floppy
drive. Do you think it would make that much of a difference?

Does the motherboard manual have instructions on setting up a
RAID array ? Maybe you need to set the ports to RAID mode first,
then follow the procedure for defining a RAID0 described in the
manual.
