Radio buttons

Is it possible to ask a question in Acess and have the user click on a radio
button for the correct answer beside one of four supplied answers (with radio
buttons beside each answer)

Aidan,
See Option Groups in Access Help.
That control allows only one selection from multiple selections, and
the selections are usually checkboxes or buttons.
Each selection in a group yields a different numeric value, so you can
evaluate which check or radio was selected.
