Radeon9600pro making noise on Samsung Syncmaster 191T

As title, the monitor was fine when I was using ATI AIW8500.
It starts making noise (a little high pitch) after changing to this new ATI
card--Radeon9600 pro(dual display).
Any solution?
The noise is higher at the beginning and then later noise gets lower...

Use a paper cone to isolate the noise
Now are you sure its coming from the monitor and not the new vid card??
