Radeon 9800 Pro Advice

I've got $200 to spend. I've narrowed it down to the MSI RX9800 and the
Saphire 9800 Pro.

I have eard bad things about the MSI card.

What is the best card bang for buck? Thanks.
 
Bang for buck I would say the 9800xt ($200)

Keep clear of MSI and PNY

Go to Newegg.com and look up the sapphire card.. Reviews very good and the
card OC's well.
