Can anybody help me with this message

PROGRAM: D:\ PROGRAM FILES\ ADOBE\ PHOTOSHOP7.0\ PHOTOSHOP.EX

What does it mean? How can I fix it
Everytime I try to open the photo file on the adobe photoshop this comes out and shuts down the program..
Please help me out...
