R1C1 to Range

Jahson

How would I use an excel range with the following
statement instead of the R1C1 formula?

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="Drp_Name",
RefersToR1C1:="=Control!R17C1"

For example

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="Drp_Name",
RefersToR1C1:="=Control!Range("A1")

TIA

Hi Jahson,
How would I use an excel range with the following
statement instead of the R1C1 formula?

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="Drp_Name",
RefersToR1C1:="=Control!R17C1"

ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets("Control").Range("A1").Name="Drp_Name"

ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="Drp_Name", _
RefersTo:="=Control!$A$1"

As another example.
