R[13]C[-3]*RC[-3] instead of C1*C3 etc. in my cells ? what did i d

All of a sudden i'm seeing the above cell references vs. names or regular
cellnames like A3 , D1, etc. What did I do and how can I get my worksheet
back to the regular names
 
<Tools> <Options> <General> tab,

And *UNCHECK* - "R1C1 reference style".
