QWWIN error message

I frequently get an error message which reads "This
application has failed to start because QWWIN.dll was not
found". I also can't find any info in the KB articles.
Any help on this? Thanks

QWWIN.dll appeares to be associated with the Intuit Quicken program. You
might want to try their support website.

Google Is Your Friend(tm). A quick entry of the search term "QWWIN.dll"
brings me links showing that this file belongs to Quicken. Did you have
Quicken set to start with Windows? Did you uninstall Quicken? If you
want to use this app, just reinstall it. Otherwise, go to Start>Run and
type "msconfig" without the quotes and look at the startup tab. Find an
entry for Quicken and uncheck it.
