QWWIN.dll

I frequently get an error message when starting various
programs that it can't start because QWWIN,dll is not
installed when in fact the program is running fine. How
can I install QWWIN.dll or get this error message to quit
showing up.

That appears to be an issue with Quicken. You may want to un-install and
re-install Quicken.

Make sure you're administrator when you re-install Quicken. Sometimes not being admin you may be able to install a program fine without getting any error messages but it won't run properly.

Maybe you even need run the problem program as a user with more rights.
