quote tool in word

Word should have a quote tool, next to Bold/Underline/itlacs. When you click
it puts your current selection in quotes. This would be good for when you
have to put titles in quotes, to just quickly select the title and click.
DOne. Instead of using the mouse to put the cursor on either side of the
word and add the different quotes.
 
You could make your own with a macro.
