Quicktime and Itunes

I am trying to install itunes but I am getting several error messages
One is a later version of Apple Mobil Device support is already
installed,Installation of this version cannot continue.
The other message is. Installer encounted errors before Itunes could be
configured.
Error message 2096
I have removed and installed Quicktime & Itunes several times,but still get
these messages.
Coulld someone out there help me Please.
