I have been sent notification of an answer to a question i posted yesterday
but the link just opens the discussion group home.
I cant find any questions that i have posted!!
Is there a way to show all the questions i have posted or to find for
example this question once i post it???

I can see through Google Groups that you posted a question on 6th June
at 3:41pm (my local time) and it was answered by Dave Peterson at
3:50pm. You've also posted the same query at 11:02am on 7th June, as
well as this one at 11:26am. I understand that there is some problem
with the Microsoft link to the newsgroups, so perhaps you could use
Google Groups instead.

Hope this helps.

Kev,

As has been said in response to countless similar recent questions, the
Microsoft web interface to the newsgroup is broken.

You can see messages on the newsgroup directly via a news server (such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.excel.misc), or via the Google
archive
(http://groups.google.co.uk/group/microsoft.public.excel.misc/topics).

The problem, of course, is that you probably can't read this reply (or the
others) if you are still using the same broken interface. If indeed you
can't read this reply, please let us have an e-mail address to which we can
reply directly. :)

David,

I did send my response directly to him as well as posting it here.

And was your message delivered through his discussions.microsoft.com email
address, Pete? I thought those addresses were black holes?

Hi David,

I didn't realise you had also posted here - your response came
directly to me. I don't know if the address is a black hole or if my
reply got through to him. I just sent it direct as well as posting
here in the hope that he might get to see one or the other.
