'Quick Parts' suggestions for Outlook 2007

So far I really like the new Outlook 2007 version!

I have a few comments/suggestions on the Quick Parts part of the program. I,
like 'Alfred Wallace' (post on 6/4/06) also used to use the 'Signatures' to
insert blocks of text in the previous version of Outlook. This worked great
because for one, it would put the most recently used Signatures’ at the top
of the drop down menu. This worked great since a few of the Signatures I had
get used pretty often.
I have listed my most recent Quick Parts text block titles starting with the
letter ‘A’ so it lists them up at the top since they are listed and stay in
alphabetical order.
If you used an uncommon Signature a few times within about 10 emails , it
was always nice having it listed in the ‘most recent used’ list.
So using ‘A’ for the first title letter is a helpful fix in the current
version, but it would still be nice to have the most recent used first.

Also, I currently have about 40 Quick Parts listed so it would be ideal if
you could turn the 'preview' off, for one, I found previewing the text block
in the list is useless due to my high monitor settings (1440X900), so you
can’t really read the words anyway. This would also help keep the scrolling
to a minimal.
It would be nice if there was a setting to turn the preview off so it just
list the Quick Parts titles, or you could turn it on to see the block of text.

It would be nice if they allowed more characters in the titles of the Quick
Parts (seems it only allows about 25 characters) and that you could ‘edit’
the Quick Parts. Seems you have to just build a new block, rename it with the
same title, and replace the old with the new.

Hopefully some of these would be considered for the final release of Outlook.

Any replies or comments are welcomed.

Thank You!
