Quick Launch

[BuddhaBelly]

Recently my Quick Launch icons vanished. I tried right clicking and
re-enabling them but get a cannot create tool bar error.
I went to the quick launch folder because most information I found said that
folder was probably missing but mine is not. It simply will not show up on
the tool bar.
The other options under the right click toolbar selection such as address
bar or links will show up on the toolbar if selected.
