Hello everyone,
I can not get quick launch to stay on the desktop toolbar, every time I
re-start computer I lose my icons next to the Start button. After re-start I
have to go to Control Panel and then to Taskbar and Start Menu and then
check Quick Launch. The tool bars a LOCKED. Can anyone help?? I am running
Win XP Pro
