Quick launch will not load

I have Windows XP and at some point my 'quick launch' was
disabled and now I can not load it at all Keep getting
the message "cannot load quick launch"

if the Quick Launch folder has been deleted this may happen.Rereate a
folder named Quick Launch at the following location:

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\

Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
