quick launch toolbar

Hi

When I start my computer the quick launch toolbar is not visible. If I right
click the taskbar/toolbar I can check the quick launch toolbar and it
appears until restart again and it is gone.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong and how I can fix it.

Hi,
Recreate the Quick Launch folder. Make a Quick Launch folder here:-

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
