Quick Launch Toolbar

Somehow all the icons disappeared from my Quick Launch
toolbar, ending up in a desktop folder called Quick
Launch.I'm unable to drag icons from the desktop to the
Quick Launch toolbar.

What to do?

Move the folder here
C:\Documents and Settings\<you>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
