how to install quick launch bar on task bar
not available as a choice in taskbar options
no right click option on regular taskbar either
 
Create shortcuts to your desired applications in
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch folder.

If user is not Administrator replace 'Administrator' with
