Is it possible to disable the customizing of the Quick Access Toolbar?
I've already setup the USysRibbons table, disabled the commands under the
Office button, set startFromScratch="true" and set up my custom ribbon,
however this can be worked around if a user can customize the quick access
toolbar.
There seems to be lots of information on ribbons but very little on the qat.
