I have recently installed Printshop 20 from Boarderbund .
During installation , Microsoft NET framework 1.03 was
installed . Since this time I am getting a message that
says "windows is busy" "closing this window may cause
some problems" everytime I try to open a folder {for
example "my documents" including outlook Express and
explorer {all folders}. Can anyone tell me what is
happening and is it safe to un-install or remove
Microsoft framework ?? I have contacted HP and
Boarderbund with no results.
I am using Hp Pavillion 725n , Windows XpP , Outlook
Express 6.1 Internet Explorer 6.1 . HELP !!

Still having the same problem as discribed below . Can

Unisntall it if you don't need it. I know that I did, since it caused
problems on my PC too.
