Hi everyone,
I'm creating a shared folder on our network drive that
will contain a personal folder for all of our employees.
I need to set up permissions so that the particular person
who logged on will be able to access their folder, but on
one else's. I have two questions:
1. Should I set up the permissions on the NTFS level the
way I want them and then set the share-level permissions
to full control? I know that NTFS permissions override
shared, so I didn't see that to be a problem.
2. Is there a way to apply the permissions to each
individual's folder instead of editing each one? Maybe a
script or something?
Thanks for your help!
