Questions regarding permissions

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a shared folder on our network drive that
will contain a personal folder for all of our employees.
I need to set up permissions so that the particular person
who logged on will be able to access their folder, but on
one else's. I have two questions:

1. Should I set up the permissions on the NTFS level the
way I want them and then set the share-level permissions
to full control? I know that NTFS permissions override
shared, so I didn't see that to be a problem.

2. Is there a way to apply the permissions to each
individual's folder instead of editing each one? Maybe a
script or something?

Thanks for your help!

1. yes that would be good way
2. If you use AD users and computers when creating home folder for users,
then AD snapin will setup right permission. Normaly this is done trough
Creator Owner permission, which has full control on top folder. This way if
user creates a folder below he will have full controll over the filder.
