Questions about upgrading A7V 133

1) Whats the fastest chip I can put in it? (Its a version 1.02 MOBO)

2) Should I use a Duron or Thunderbird?

3) Do I need to purchase another fan or can I simply use the existing one?
(It was rated to 1.1ghz, but can they be reapplied to a new CPU)?

4) Do I need new thermal grease?

So I could put a 1.4 Duron and use a higher rated fan in a 1.02 mobo then?
