Questions about Producer

I am trying to publish my video using Microsoft Producer.
I have the following questions.

1. Default template. Small video display (240 x 180) with resizable slide
and HTML areas.
What does resizable slide and HTML areas mean? I am unable to do any
resizing of my slides.

2. Can I publish my video to a folder in my computer and later copy the
entire folder to a streaming server for streaming?

made by Producer as can be done with many web pages.

It means that the slide and html areas resize automatically to fill the
viewing window as it grows or shrinks.

The media can be published locally and easily modified for upload to an
http and media server. The process involves changing the .asx file to point
to files on a media server, then copying the media files to the media
server directory and the html and related files to an http server.

I think it is possible to have the media server and the http server feed
from the same files so just copying the whole directory and modifying the
..asx file would be appropriate
