Questions about .NET Framework ???

I have .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 on my laptop. It's 245MB.

Does this file size indicate a SDK or a runtime version?

My old laptop needs the the disk space and if this is an SDK and I can
get some disk space back, I need to do it.

Is there a way of telling which apps use .NET on my machine?

If I have the SDK version, can someone give me the URL for RT version?

30 or so Microsoft NGs dedicated to DotNet Framework
(in English). If your ISP's news server doesn't carry them,
you can set up an account on your news client that uses the
free Microsoft news server named "news.microsoft.com".
To start, I'd pose inquiries in:

microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.clr
midrosoft.public.dotnet.framework.setup
